Syndication to Zillow, etc

Once your property goes live on REColorado/IRES in the MLS, it will be directly syndicated to third party real estate websites such as Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, etc. This process can take anywhere from 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the site. 

Going forward, we will send you a report showing how many people have viewed your home on the syndicated real estate websites (Zillow, Trulia, etc.) as well as how many people viewed your home in the MLS and marked it as either Interested, Maybe or Not Interested. The Colorado real estate market is very active so it's likely to see a high amount of activity.
