FAQs
How much does it cost to work with Appreciate Realty as a Buyer’s agent?
In essence, it is a free service for buyers; sellers actually pay the commission for the Buyer’s agent. Commission is negotiated between the Seller and the Seller’s agent. Most of the time, a co-op is then offered from the Seller’s Agent to a Buyer’s Agent if they successfully bring a buyer to the transaction.
Why wouldn’t I just use the listing agent to write an offer?
The Listing/Seller’s agent is already in an agreement with the Sellers to work on their behalf, and that contract includes a provision that Sellers will pay a commission to Buyer’s agent. If the listing agent prepares your offer, they will be assisting you strictly as a Transaction Broker who is unable to negotiate on your behalf. When you use a Buyer’s agent, you have someone negotiating only for you to best help you and their family at no cost.
Do you work in my area?
We work all over the Denver and Boulder metro areas but also go as far as Idaho Springs, Loveland, and Ft. Collins for our clients. We work hard to be the top realtors in the Front Range.
Is it a problem you aren’t specialized in my location?
Our license covers us for all of Colorado, and we have access to both the Denver MLS, REColorado, and the Boulder MLS, IRES. Having access to data from both markets equips us to be able to help you find the best home in the entire area. Or, if you know where you want to be, we can help you buy a home in that specific area. We are able to see both micro and macro trends in the housing market, helping you make the best decision in any area.
