Chautauqua
Located at the base of the Flatirons, this historic area is centered around the 67-acre Chautauqua Park. Chautauqua was founded in 1898 as a cultural and educational summer retreat and still offers lectures, performances, and concerts to the public and is the hub of Boulder culture. There are more than 40 miles of trails to enjoy in the park, and a farm-to-table restaurant in the historic Chautauqua Dining Hall. This greater neighborhood area that overlaps with University Hill is of the most beautiful and most desirable areas of Boulder, with mostly single-family multi-million dollar homes.
