West Colfax

This up and coming neighborhood, home to the famous Casa Bonita and 40 West Arts District, follows Colfax Avenue west of Sloan’s Lake. New construction and gentrification is slowly cleaning up the area. Relatively easy access to I-25 and 6th Avenue, as well as downtown Denver on Colfax, make this a desirable place to be.
