East Boulder

This tech industry neighborhood has slightly lower real estate prices than the rest of Boulder, and offers restaurants, plus coffee shops, breweries, and access to the rest of Boulder via winding bike trails. East Boulder is comprised of many different residential neighborhoods, schools, and shopping areas. Baseline Sub, Arapahoe Ridge, Park East, Frasier Meadows, Meadow Glen, and Keewayden make up this zone’s subdivisions. Moving east, there are more open space trails and larger lot acreage. It is home to Foothills Community Hospital, the campus of Ball Aerospace, the large East Boulder Recreation Center, the Boulder Golf Course, and a mix of shops and restaurants. Blackbelly Restaurant, Pica’s Mexican Restaurant, and Ozo Coffee are local favorites.
