I am a realtor with a Mechanical Engineering background. I graduated from Auburn University with a BSME and have a collective 10 years professional experience working within DoD, Aerospace and Commercial Construction environments as a Mechanical Engineer. I now work in the real estate industry and have an acute understanding of critical building practices and assist individuals buying, selling, and investing in real estate.
I have a high attention to detail, excellent negotiation skills, and creative investing methodologies. My background has extensive hands-on experience and wide range of working knowledge pertaining to building construction of new homes, healthcare facilities, spacecraft, defense systems and landscape techniques. I work with investors of all types, growing their portfolios or starting one.
I strive to cultivate meaningful connections and lasting relationships, with all whom I have the opportunity to work alongside. I provide superb service for all my clients, believe in putting the client first, and job done efficiently the first time. I am motivated to educate and create success for others, both in and out of real estate.

For buyers, I assist them in seeing the possible modifications they could make to maximize the livability of a space. For sellers, I love to stage the home so the beauty and unique features stand out.

Transaction Coordinator
As Appreciate Realty CO’s Transaction Coordinator, I handle everything behind the scenes to ensure that not one detail gets overlooked. I draft our buyers' offers and all other real estate documents. I keep everyone updated and the home purchase or sale process on schedule. I am proud to be part of this refreshing brokerage and love using my knowledge as a home-owner and real estate investor to assist our agents and clients.
I am a graduate of Colorado Law, Boulder. I am an avid trail runner, coffee drinker, and love spending time in the mountains or scuba diving. When not working or running, I can be found at a sporting event with my family or at a concert (preferably an Avett Brothers show).
