After you do your pre-inspection and some initial repairs, we’ll walk through your home room by room with you to create a comprehensive list of items that need to be adjusted, furniture that should be moved or put in storage, and together we’ll determine whether we need to stage either certain rooms or the entire property. Even if the property is vacant, we typically stage it as staged homes sell up to 73% faster and for a higher price (staging statistics). We often bring artwork and furniture from our staging inventory for free to augment the furniture you already have in your home.

If your home is vacant we will bring furniture into your home to ensure it looks its best! Here is a quick example of the difference staging can make to a vacant home! If you have a preferred style for staging, please let us know and we will accommodate. 

Remember, we’ll create a personalized list just for your home.  Once the staging is done, let us know so we can schedule an appointment with our photographer to take professional photos of your home. This list may seem overwhelming, but rest assured if you’re working with Appreciate Realty CO we will be working alongside you to ensure your home makes the best presentation for future buyers!
