Larry’s Boot Fitting

It is not an exaggeration that Larry is not only a local legend, but also well known across the State of Colorado. Although the founder, Larry Houchen, has retired, he has left the shop in good hands with his financial director, Charlene Hoffman, her husband Todd, and longtime shop employees, Elaine and Dan Vardamis.

The shop began as Larry’s act of rebellion against working for Vail when they acquired Boulder Ski Deals in 2003. Larry ran the shop and provided outstanding service for 17 years. Now the great service continues under new ownership and there is nowhere better to buy and get your boots fitted than Larry’s Boot Fitting.
